What is the best Japanese Restaurant in the Santa Ana/Huntington Beach/Newport Beach area?

My girlfriend and I will be taking a trip there at the end of July and would like a nice Japense place. We would love to try Benihana but we can have that anywhere and it's rather expensive. Looking for something that serves teriyaki %26amp; tempura, sake...etc. other things than just sushi. Very clean %26amp; moderate pricing.|||Did you check out Taiko in Irvine?
