Elegant Anniversary Party Venue in L.A./Valley?

We are looking for a place to have my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. It can be in L.A./Westside but we'd prefer it be somewhere in the Valley. We want a place that has great food and some atmosphere and preferably a private room. Our ideas so far are the Ritz Carlton in the Marina (Westside option) or maybe Ca Del Sol in Universal City. I'd love any ideas. This is a fun group, not stuffy at all! We've done Benihana, the Tam O Shanter and Arnie Morton's before. We are looking to branch out!
