kobe's Japanese steak house or Benihana's |||Benihana's. Their ingredients are better quality and fresher. Their sauces are made from scratch, so is the salad dressing and soup.

or the one that best suits your budget.|||I found that although Benihana's is good, I felt it was a bit too Americanized and also expensive for the amount of food you get. I have not been to Kobe's so I cannot give a good comparison. Also, a couple of the local Benihana's stores have closed up so you might want to check to make sure yours is still open. |||what do each serve? besides steak.
