Need help with japanese cooking?

if i wanted to make chicken or steak what sauces or seasonings do i use that will make it taste like benihana?|||Garlic, seasoned wine vinegar, soy, chili sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes|||ask red sox pitcher, dice-k.|||soy sauce, terriyaki sauce, tempura sauce, or ponzu sauce

1/2 cup soy sauce


1/3 cup sugar


1/4 cup sake or mirin (rice wine vinega)


2 garlic cloves, finely chopped


1 bunch scallions, finely chopped





mix together and marinate the meat and baste as you cook
