Where can I find a recipe for the kind of Japanese Fried Rice that Shogun's or KanPai sells?

Not the one for Benihana. The one at japanese steakhouses like Shogun's or KanPai. Everything they use is in Plastic Ketchup bottles and u can never get them to say what it is. One ingredient looks like runny peanut butter and the other looks like Coca Cola. |||ask the cheif there|||I use the packaged kind you can buy at any grocery store!
