San Francisco restaurants with good atmosphere/food?

I'm organizing a group dinner outing in SF and I would like to hear some solid recommendations you have for restaurants that have good food, a good atmosphere, or a combination of both.

Last year we went to Benihana's. Something in a similar price range with food and maybe activities (shows, dancing, etc) would be excellent!

All recommendations are appreciated!|||the old clam house on bayshore great|||Yoshi's Restraunt. Great Sushi and jazz club. Good luck!

Yoshi's San Francisco is located at 1330 Fillmore at Eddy on the ground floor of the Fillmore Heritage Center. Yoshi's is on the ground floor on the front side of the building. Valet parking or self parking is available in the garage directly beneath the building. Garage entrance is on eddy Street.

DO NOT PARK IN THE COST PLUS PARKING LOT - YOU WILL GET TOWED!

For detailed maps and driving directions, visit Mapquest

From Berkeley/Contra Costa/Sacramento/Bay Bridge:

Cross Bay Bridge from I-80 and stay on 101 N / Central Freeway toward Mission. Stay straight onto Octavia Blvd. Turn left on Fell Street. Turn Right on Fillmore. If you are parking in our lot, turn right on Eddy and left into the garage.

From Marin:

From 101 in Marin County take the Golden Gate Bridge into San Francisco. To Fillmore Street and turn Right. If you are parking in our lot, turn right on Eddy and left into the garage.

From The South Bay:

US-101 N via EXIT 9B on the LEFT toward SAN FRANCISCO. Stay straight onto Octavia Blvd. Turn left on Fell Street. Turn Right on Fillmore. If you are parking in our lot, turn right on Eddy and left into the garage.

BART:

Get off at Civic Center / 9th Street. From here you can take a cab or outbound Muni to Church / Market and transfer to the 22 Fillmore. For BART schedules out of San Francisco contact Bart at (510)464-6000 or visit www.bart.gov.

Ferry:

The Ferry service drops off and picks up at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. A cab from the Ferry building is the best way to get to 1330 Fillmore. Call the 24-hour FerryFone at (510)522-3300 for times and prices, or visit the Blue %26amp; Gold Fleet Ferries website.
