I have a video from the benihana of tokyo restaurant. I am trying to put it on my pixplace but it says that the video is too big.It is almost 11 minutes long.I have an lg vx8500 a.k.a. chocolate. I would like a person who has a chocolate, one who previously owned one or one who knows alot about verizon and pixplace to respond, but anyone who knows it, I will take answers. So, how do I transfer my large video to my pixplace?|||The easiest way to do this is to call Verizon customer service by dialing 611 from your verizon cell. The call is free and their reps are very friendly and helpful. They will walk you through the process for downloading the transfer software to your phone and moving files. Once you've downloaded the software, then you highlight a particular video and push the Options button. The phone will bring up a menu will has "to pix place" or something like that. Just pick that option and the phone will upload the video to pix place.|||I'm guessing your PixPlace is located online or on your computer. If you don't have a data cable, we sell some for the chocolate in our eBay store located at http://stores.ebay.com/thecelldepot. That should do the trick.
