Benihana's salad?

I go to Benihana's restaurant once in a blue, and they have this wonderful salad they give out before the meal is ready. I love the sauce in this salad. What's the name of this sauce?|||i dont kno for sure but the word benihana means red flower and when i went to benihana they say it is a secret recipe?!
