Should I skip dinner?

I woke up at 730 and ate a cup of special k cereal for breakfast with nonfat milk. then around 1 i went to benihana and ate a big lunch.

-cup of onion soup, cup of house salad, one chicken breast with served with a cup of fried rice, vegetables (squash, carrots, green beans), 1/4 of a pineapple, and a scoop of sorbert.

I finished eating at around 2, its 730 now, and i was wondering if i should skip dinner or not because of my lunch.|||If you feel truly hungry then I would eat something.. maybe not a whole meal, but at least something. Skipping meals is never good, you'll just be more hungry at the next one.|||never, ever, skip a meal! if you're gonna eat and want to lose weight/stay fit, always eat a meal in smaller portions. serve yourself tiny servings. and always eat the healthier portions first.

for example: lets say that my mother made roast beef with corn, mashed potatoes, and green beans. i wouls get myself a plate and, in small servings, serve myself the green beans, corn, and mash potatoes. then i would get a tiny piece of the roast. i would eat my plate in this order: green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, and the roast. why? because by the time i get the heavier foods, i would more than likely start feeling full.

and i would not get up for seconds!

it's way better to eat 8 very tiny small meals in one day than to eat 3 heavy meals.|||Lets see...last meal around 2 p.m. and you'll go to bed around 10 or 11 and get up at 0730. That's about 18 hours without anything to eat....not to hard to figure out that's not a good way to do it.|||If you aren't hungry then you shouldn't eat. If you are hungry, eat. Your body knows best and if you feel physical hunger you definately shouldn't ignore it.|||Do not. If you skip dinner you will be even more hungry by next breakfast. I suggest eating a light dinner that will tide you over until breakfast.|||maybe make it and put in the fridge until you get hungry before bed.
