What is it called when asian people make food in front of you on a big grill? Like Benihana?

I'm trying to narrow my results by category on restaurant.com to find a certificate and "hibachi" doesnt show up. All i see is japanese, asian, chinese, %26amp; pan-asian. What category would it be under and are there any other names for hibachi? Help!|||It would be under "Japanese" Hibachi grills are used in Japanese resturants.|||Teppenyaki grill ^_^|||Teppanyaki.

http://www.wolfstoves.com/Wolf/Commercia鈥?/a>|||It is unclear exactly what kind of grill from your questions. If it is a large flat top griddle and you sit around the counter and there's a chef cooking each dish as you eat, it is called Teppanyaki and it is Japanese.

If you sit around the table and there is a kind of round grill plate (gas, electric or charcoal) in the middle of the table and food is cooked either by yourself or by the wait staff on the grill, then it is Korean BBQ.

If you cook food in a pot of stock in the middle of the table or provided with individual small cooking pots, then it is Chinese - generally called hot-pot or steam boat.|||Torture
