How to make benihana hibachi vegetables?

Does anyone know how they make the hibachi veggies they serve at Benihana's during lunch? They are already precut - different from dinner. ThanksHow to make benihana hibachi vegetables?
I have never hear of benihana, but there are similar Hibachi restaraunts around me. They usually cut big peices of onion, Broccoli, zucchini, peppers and onion and carrots. While the skillet is hot, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and/or 2 tablespoons of ginger soy sauce (or grate some ginger into the soy sauce). Add veggies. Saute on high for 3-5 minutes then reduce heat to low for 5 minutes. When you are cooking veggies, make sure pan is covered. Enjoy!!!

I find the home made versions tend to taste a bit more flavorful than what is made at Hibachi chains.

Good Luck!
