I'm looking for the recipe for the Benihana authentic salad dressing.?

I have found several recipes online that claim to be the Benihana salad dressing when in fact they are just "a" ginger dressing and not "the" ginger dressing recipe from Benihana. Maybe someone who works/worked there can answer this.|||GINGER SAUCE BENIHANA





Good with any grilled meat, fish, or poultry. 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. vinegar 1 lg. onion, sliced


Place ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and onion in blender container. Blend at high speed for 2 minutes or until ginger and onion are minced. Makes about 3/4 cup
